Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Pestmark Systems, operated by Turaco Coffee LTD. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
Our services often involve strategy, website development, CRM implementation, marketing automation, SEO, consulting, and other custom deliverables that require significant time, expertise, and resources.
As a result, completed or partially completed services are generally not eligible for refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Website design and development
- SEO services
- CRM setup and configuration
- Marketing automation setup
- AI automation implementation
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Consulting services
- Setup and onboarding fees
- Subscription payments already billed
- Custom development work
3. Failure to Deliver
Refunds may be considered if Pestmark Systems fails to provide any services whatsoever after payment has been received.
If any portion of the agreed services has been delivered, configured, implemented, or performed, the service will generally be considered rendered.
4. Subscription Services
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for current or previous billing periods.
6-Month & Annual Plans
6-Month and Annual plans may be cancelled at any time. Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
5. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the applicable charge and sent to info@pestmark.systems.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Pestmark Systems before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Pestmark Systems reserves the right to provide contracts, invoices, communications, project records, and work logs to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to disputes.
Access to websites, hosting, CRM systems, automations, and related services may be suspended while a dispute is being investigated.
